Greetings and warmest welcome. I want to express my sincere commitment and dedication to providing your instrument with the utmost care and attention. My services include friendly, detailed personal communication with you. I aim to build a relationship with you and your instrument/s versus a mere transaction. It is not just a quick drop-off when you come for an appointment. We will discuss your needs as a player and what your instrument needs.

All instruments are joyously welcome. I make no distinctions based on the instruments' monetary value regarding the detailed care and attention that I put into my work, your instrument. Whether your instrument is a budget, very high-end, or historic instrument does not matter. I treat all instruments as if they were the only instruments in the World. It is better to have a $200 instrument well setup than a $2,000 instrument poorly setup.

 

I take the time that your instrument needs and deserves; it's a true labor of love. A cliché to be sure, but positively true. I pride myself on being exceptionally attentive and meticulous, with a commitment to ensuring your instrument receives the love, respect, and attention that it deserves and in a timely manner. The duration of the work depends on the scope of the work required and my current workload. Still, I pledge to maintain open and honest communication with you and provide a realistic timeframe for completion.
