Setup Guarantee

After a full setup, ie. The Comprehensive Setup and all packages above that level, you have free adjustments for 30 days. You do not have to leave the instrument with me; I will make any needed adjustments in your presence and as many times as needed (within reason) within the 30 days post-full setup. Many factors are relevant for post-setup adjustments; the environment/s in which the instrument resides, how much it is played and where, if it is a gigging instrument, and the year's season, a perfect setup can and will drift a bit due to these factors. Since I aim to build a genuine relationship with you and your instrument/s, vs. a mere transaction, I am pleased to offer this 30-day post-setup adjustment plan. This setup guarantee is something that very few guitar techs or luthiers offer.

I think that we have all been there. You bring your instrument in for a setup or other work, only to find that the improvements you had hoped for were not achieved, were below your expectations, or made even worse. Often, out of politeness, you may refrain from voicing your concerns. Perhaps thinking, or being gaslit into thinking, that you must be mistaken. My friends, 99% of the time, you are not mistaken.
